Workshop

We have advanced equipment and great production environment. Our daily production capacity is over 300,000pcs. We can also do coating and printing on the bottles. Now we have 17 printing machines that can do up to 5 colors printing on each bottle at the same time and able to supply more than 25,000pcs finished bottles per day.

1) Product to be wrapped separately by single polybag, then packed in cartons or

2)  Foam tray to hold the empty PET bottle, layer by layer into the suitalbe cartons.

3). Marks and Lable:  We can apply proper marks and lable support OEM/ODM business, Provate Label business etc.

4) For shipment to world wide, we always schedule ETD the depart port, ETA of destination port very well plus, we make cargo tracking time to time and notify the client the arrival information about our materal very well. make you control your shipment and fit for supply chain management. 

1.  Q:Can we get your free samples?

      A:Yes. Our Samples are free with no process for the customers.

2.  Q: What’s your MOQ of amber spray bottle?

           A:Normally our MOQ  is 10000pcs. For some common products, we have stocked. MOQ can be negotiated. 

3.  Q: Do you accept customized?

           A: Yes, we can provide ODM/OEM service.   

4.  Q:What’s your Warranty?

      A:1) We have ISO9001:2015 system certificate.

               2) We can make sure product quality as samples or which you confirmed.

               3) If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the  original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We can accept the claim from the samples or pictures what you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

5.  Q:What is your shipping way?
      A:We have some long-term cooperation partners which they are very reliable. We are cooperating with them five years at least. And you can choose by sea, by air, or by express, etc.
