1. Can I get free sample?

Yes of course, sample is free. While the courier cost needs to be collected from buyer’s account at first time. All will be free after making one order.

2. What are your payment methods?

Normal payment method is T/T, 30% deposit & 70% balance. L/C is also accepted.

3. What is your MOQ?

Sprayers and pumps’ MOQ is 10000pcs, bottles and jars’ MOQ is 5000pcs.

4. Can we combine many items in one order?

Yes, sure. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

5. What is your shipping optional?

Sea transportation, air transportation and express delivery are all available.

6. What is your delivery time?

Plastic products can be prepared within 25-30days after receiving 30% deposit. Products with aluminum, UV coating or frosting will be 30-45days after receiving 30% deposit, it depends on customized requirements.

7. What are your packing methods?

Normally we pack plastic products in cartons orderly, products with aluminum, UV coating or frosted will be packed in different kind of protection like foam film, polybag and so on. We also could pack basic on your requirement.

8. How do you control the quality?

We will make visual inspection for products’ appearance and cleanliness, automatic assembly line will check products’ suction, function, sealing. Our QC will make vacuum testing randomly after production.
